Level 1

When you face an issue or have a query, you should first contact the following channels:

  • If you visit the official website of Yes bank, under the ‘Complaints’ page you will find an online query / complaint / feedback form which is available. Fill the required details along with your concern / query and submit the same. You will receive a response from the bank shortly.
  • If you are a net banking user of the bank, you can raise your complaint through the ‘My Space’ section using the ‘Mailbox’ option.
  • Any mobile app related queries can be raised through the feedback / query link available on the respective Yes Bank apps including Yes Mobile, Yes Pay, and Yes Tag etc.
  • The bank has its present in social media platforms as well such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc, and expresses your concerns / queries through the same.
