BLOCK VIJ XXXX (XXXX is the last 4 digits of your credit card number).

The credit card will be blocked and a confirmation message will be sent to your registered mobile. In case you do not receive a reply within 5 minutes, please contact the customer care service.

Vijaya Bank Grievance Redressal

For quick redressal of customer’s issues, the bank has set up an exclusive Customer Grievance Redressal Cell. This is attached to the Planning and Development department headed by a General Manager who functions as the Nodal Officer for customer grievances.

Vijaya Bank holds a Customer Meet on the 15th of every month, or the following working day in case of holidays. On this day, any customer can meet the executives of the bank and the branch head to address their issues. No appointment is required.

If you’re not satisfied with the resolution or if the issue is not addressed properly, you can escalate it to the concerned Regional Manager

Contact the Banking Ombudsman under the Banking Ombudsman Scheme- 2006.

Contact the District Consumer Forums under Consumer Protection Act. 1985.

Vijaya Bank Online Grievance Redressal

Vijaya Bank also provides an online platform to raise customer grievances/complaints. The online form termed as ‘Standard Public Grievance Redressal System’ is available in the bank’s website under the ‘Helpdesk>Complaints & Grievances’ page.

Customers need to enter the required details such as the account number, branch name against which they would like to raise the complaint, personal details such as name, contact number and address, and the details of the complaint.

Customers can also check status of grievances submitted online. ‘Know Your Complaints

/ Grievance (SPGRS) status’ is available on the same ‘Complaints & Grievances’ page. Customers just need to enter the complaint registered number, mobile number to track the status of their complaint.
