  3. To create an account, you have to provide name, username and password, email ID, gender, address, city and Aadhaar number and your account will be created
  4. Once you have successfully created your account, use your credentials to log in.

  7. Attach the required documents and submit the form.
  8. After the submission, the site will provide you with a transaction number. You can keep the number which you may need later in future.

  1. Visit Rationing office to get an application form which will require a nominal fee of Rs. 5

Types of Ration Card available in WBPDS West Bengal

अन्नपूर्णा योजना कार्ड (एआई कार्ड)

  • 2 लाख या उससे अधिक की वार्षिक आय वाले परिवार
  • एक हाथ के लाइसेंस या हथियार वाले परिवार

ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लिए समावेशन मानदंड (कम दरों पर वस्तुओं को प्राप्त करने के लिए लागू हैं):

  • भिखारी, मोहरे, घरेलू कामगार, सड़क विक्रेताओं, बढ़ई, मजदूर, रिक्शा चालक और एड्स / कुष्ठ रोग और अन्य संक्रमित बीमारियों, अनाथ, कूलियों या रोजाना मजदूरी अर्जक और उनके परिवारों से पीड़ित हैं।
  • श्रमिक जो भूमिहीन हैं
  • बीपीएल परिवार (राजस्व विभाग के आय प्रमाण पत्र के आधार पर)
  • परित्यक्त महिलाएं
  • निराश्रित महिला के साथ परिवार मानसिक रूप से प्रभावित या विकलांग या शारीरिक रूप से विकलांग व्यक्तियों को परिवार के मुखिया के रूप में अन्य पुरुष सदस्य के साथ नहीं, जो वयस्क है

    शहरी क्षेत्रों के लिए बहिष्करण मानदंड:

  • एक से अधिक हथियार लाइसेंस या हथियार के कब्जे वाले परिवार

शहरी क्षेत्र के लिए समावेशन मानदंड

  • भिखारी, मोहरे, घरेलू कामगार, सड़क विक्रेताओं, बढ़ई, मजदूर, रिक्शा चालक और एड्स / कुष्ठ रोग और अन्य संक्रमित बीमारियों, अनाथ, कूलियों या रोजाना मजदूरी अर्जक और उनके परिवारों से पीड़ित हैं।
  • अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति परिवार
  • गरीबी रेखा के नीचे रहने वाले परिवार (राजस्व विभाग के सत्यापित आय प्रमाण पत्र के आधार पर)
  • घर के बिना परिवार
  • उन परिवारों को जो टिकाऊ छत के बिना घरों में रहते हैं

Documents Required for EPDS AP Ration Card
