How to Report Grievances

If you wish to file any grievances, you can visit the official website of the Kotak Mahindra bank and where you will find a separate link for the same. Follow the below mentioned ways to file a grievance if you have any:

Level 1

  • You can submit your request online via the online form which is available on the Kotak Mahindra Bank website
  • You can email your complaint at service.bank@kotak.com
  • You can visit any of the branches and file a complaint with the Branch Manager

  • You can also login to your net banking account and click on the inbox section to write to the bank

Level 2

  • If you didn’t receive any satisfactory response from level 1, you can escalate your issue by submitting your complaint online using the online form available on the bank’s website

Level 3

  • If the resolution provided to you at level 2 does not meet your expectation, you can write to the Nodal Officer using the online form which is available on the website

Level 4

  • If level 3 does not meet your expectation you can escalate the issue to the Principal Nodal Officer using the online form which is available on the website

Level 5

  • In case you haven’t received any satisfactory response at level 4 within 5 working days, you can escalate the issue to the Internal Ombudsman of Kotak using the form available online on their website.
