- And in case you still satisfied with above mentioned methods, you can escalate your concern to the Banking Ombudsmen appointed by Reserve Bank of India for redressal.

There are various modes of linking your Aadhaar with the Citi Bank Account
- Offline Mode of Linking Aadhaar with the Account
- Visit the nearest Citi Bank along with the necessary documents. (passbook and aadhaar)
- Fill in the application form provided in the bank to link Aadhaar with the Bank Account.
- Submit the form to the Bank Officials.
- The Bank Officials will verify the form and the documents and the lower part of the form will be returned back in the form of acknowledgment.
- Once the verification and seeding are done, you will receive a notification on your registered mobile number or e-mail ID.
- Online Mode of Linking Aadhaar with the Account
- Log in to your official Citi Bank website: www.online.citibank.co.in.
- Click on the Banking Section.
- On the left side section. An option is available “Submit Documents”. Upload the documents.
- Select “KYC Documents for Submission” as a purpose of upload.
- Select “Aadhaar Card” as the document type.
- An “OAC” number is sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the number in the text box and Validate it.
- Click choose file button and add the scanned copy of Aadhaar Card and click on submit.
Currently the Citibank is not providing Linking Aadhaar through SMS and ATMs.
