Grievance Redressal
You can also get in touch with the Branch Manager either by phone, e – mail or in person, to get your grievance redressed on the same day at the branch level. If your complaint is not redressed on the same day at the branch level, you can follow the below mentioned steps:
Level 1
First, if you don’t get any satisfactory response from the above mentioned contact details, you can escalate the issue to the regional head. You can escalate your issue either online or by post. You will also receive an acknowledgement within 3 days and your complaint will be redressed within 10 working days, from the date of receipt of the complaint.
Level 2
You can also escalate your issue to the Nodal Officer in case you are not satisfied with the solutions you got from the Regional Head. You can submit your complaint online and write to the Nodal Officer at below given address:

Level 3
If you are not satisfied with the response you got from nodal officer, you can then raise your complaint to the Executive Vice President (Administration). You can submit your complaint for redressal online.
If you are still not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you can contact the Bnaking Ombudsman. Contact details are listed in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
